Вчера была выпущена третья ревизия версии 037 редактора уровней Sonic X-Treme. Судя по информации с форумов Sonic Retro, в билд включено 150 уровней, хотя большинство из них являются дубликатами.

Sonic X-Treme Engine V037 - Release 3 with levels!,Gaming,Sonic X-treme (Video Game),Video Game (Industry),Well Guys time for round 3 release for the Version 037 port of the NV1 PC engine. We added support for music and camera position editing. The biggest aspect of this release is that It contains all of the V037 compatible levels. Andrew75 had to hand edit them manually 1 by 1 to make function properly with the V037 engine that had been ported to modern windows by yours truly. Fear not! For all of the original unedited levels are included as well! And ! As an additional bonus , levels that are from earlier builds of the engine all the way down to V001 are also present! However they are not playable since we lack any source to the earlier engines. All is not lost! As "you" the end user can translate them to work with V037! But!!! that's if your patient enough. And for you guys who like to get their hands dirty in code. Make sure to check out the .def files as you can change settings for physics attributes for textures allowing different physics speeds and frictions independent of Sonics physics which by the way can be found in the new Global.def configuration file.
